2 cups of groats.

Black pepper.



2 spoons of butter.

3 cups of yoghurt.

Minced onion.

Tablespoon of lemon juice.

Hot pepper.


In a cooking pot, melt the butter and add the onion.

Turn over the onion and add the beef or chicken with the groats.

Add the water and its left to cook for almost one hour.

The yoghurt, cumin, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and hot pepper is added and left for another 15 minutes.

It is served on a plate.
