3 tablespoons of oil.
Diced chicken or beef.
2 cloves of garlic.
2 clove sticks.
Cumin, coriander, cinnamon stick.
Salt and black pepper.
1.5 cup of rice.
0.25 cup of grounded almonds for garnish.
Season the diced chicken or beef with pricking the surface so that chicken or beef gets soaked by the marinade.
Preheat the oven 170 degree Celsius.
In a tray, melt the butter and add the onion and garlic for 3 minutes, add the spices, salt and black pepper.
Add rice and mix them well. Then, add water until all the ingredients are covered.
Cover the tray very well with two layers of aluminum foil and make holes on it so the vapor is released.
Place the diced chicken or beef on top of the aluminum foil and cover the tray with another two layers and secure it very well.
Place the tray in the oven for one hour, after that remove the aluminum foil to roast the chicken or beef and serve it in a plate and garnish it with almonds.
