Ingredients

Korsan crackers.

Salt, lemon, black pepper, all spices.

Onion.

2 spoons of tomato paste.

Cup of ghee.

Mixed vegetables.

Beef.


Instructions

Add ghee, spices and tomato paste in the fryer. Then, the beef is added and turned over for 10 minutes.

Add water and let it seamer for one hour until the beef is cooked well.

Add the boiled mixed vegetables  and the grounded Korsan crackers until its cooked very well.

It is served in a plate.
