- an onion

Half a bell pepper, green, red, and yellow

- Tomatoes

- Lemon juice

Black pepper, cumin, salt

How to prepare:
We put a frying pan on the fire with oil and ghee, then put the meat and stir until the color changes, add the chopped onions and garlic and stir them, add the colored peppers and the chopped tomatoes and leave on a low heat.

Season the ingredients with salt, black pepper and cumin with stirring, then add lemon juice, leave for half an hour until they are cooked, scoop into a serving dish.
