Meat cut into cubes

- 2 cups of rice

- 2 eggplant

- 2 potatoes

- 2 onions, sliced

Cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, bay leaf, pine for garnish

How to prepare:
Fry the eggplant, potatoes and onions, brown, remove and drain

In a cooking pot, put two tablespoons of oil, then place the vegetable slices at the bottom of the pot

Then stack the roasted boiled meat pieces

Then add rice and spices on top of the previous layers

Then pour the meat broth over the ingredients

Put it on a low heat until it thickens

Then flip it over in a serving bowl.
