2 cups of groats.

Black pepper.



2 tablespoons of butter.

3 cups of yogurt.

Minced onion.

Tablespoon of lemon juice.

Hot pepper.


In a cooking pot, melt the butter and add the onion.

Turn over the onion and add the beef or chicken with the groats.

Add the water and its left to cook for about an hour.

The yogurt, cumin, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and hot pepper is added and left for another 15 minutes.

It is served on a plate.
