How to Cook (by Chef Meat & More)
• Oven: Preheat to 200°C. Place the chicken (in the oven-safe roasting bag) on a tray, pierce the bag once for steam, and roast 60–75 min (chicken size & ovens vary) until internal temp ≈ 75°C in the thickest part. Rest 10 min before carving.
• Grill/BBQ (lid on, indirect heat): Cook 45–70 min, turning once, until ~75°C internal.
Always remove any outer transport wrap before cooking. Do not microwave the roasting bag.
