  1. Food safety guarantee:

  1. Return and Exchange Policy:
We deal quickly and efficiently with any product issue, offering replacement or refund options.
  1. Cancel and return the order:
  • If your order is not confirmed by our customer service within 4 hours during business hours, or before 12 noon for orders received outside of business hours, you can cancel your order by contacting customer service and your money will be refunded within 72 hours.
  • If the order is confirmed by customer service and then cancelled, the amount paid will not be refunded.
  • Customers can only receive the ordered sacrifice for 24 hours, and customers should note that the slaughterhouse invoice will be dated the day before.
  1. Return order:
You can return the order in certain cases, which are as follows:
  • The slaughter date on the slaughterhouse invoice does not match the date of receipt, and the customer does not postpone the receipt.
  • The presence of noticeable and obvious defects in the carcass during the receiving period, such as unpleasant odors or a change in the color of the meat.
  • The carcass cuts did not match the order during product confirmation.
  1. Sales transaction rights:
  • Make sure you receive the Meat & More invoice (in the case of a sacrifice, the slaughterhouse invoice and the Meat & More invoice continue).
  • We offer a variety of payment methods including cash or card.
  • The invoice is issued after the slaughtering process based on the carcass weight and the price per kilogram approved at the site. The carcass weight includes the head, heart, and liver unless they have been slaughtered by a veterinarian at the slaughterhouse.
  • If the required specifications do not meet your requirements, you can return the carcass within 12 hours.
  • We recommend that you keep your purchase receipts to protect your rights.
