How to make meat shawarma fatteh

Meat & More shawarma steak slices, marinated in an authentic Arabic mixture, served over layers of toasted bread, white rice, and yogurt, and garnished with parsley and nuts.

✅ Ingredients (serves 3-4 people):
🥩 For shawarma:
- 500g Meat & More veal fillet
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
- A pinch of black pepper + shawarma spices
🍚 For the gesture:
- 1 cup cooked white basmati rice
- 2 sliced Lebanese bread, toasted or fried
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 crushed garlic clove
Juice of half a lemon
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons tahini (optional)
🌿 For decoration:
- A sprinkle of chopped parsley
- Roasted nuts (almonds or pine nuts)
- A sprinkle of paprika or sumac (as desired)
👨🍳 Preparation method:
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onions and meat, and let them brown well.
Add lemon juice and spices and stir until the meat is caramelized.
2. Mix yogurt with garlic, lemon, tahini (optional) and salt.
3. In a serving dish, arrange the bread on the bottom, then a layer of rice, then a layer of yogurt sauce.
Top with hot shawarma, then garnish with parsley and nuts.
