- Eggplant

- 2 spoon of oil

- green bell pepper

Salt + black pepper

- A cup of hot water

- 2 chopped peeled tomatoes

- 2  tomato paste spoon

- chopped onion

- Meat

How to prepare:
Put the meat in a saucepan over a high heat and stir until it turns brown, then add the oil, onions, eggplant, bell pepper and half a cup of hot water and leave until it boils.

Then add the tomatoes, tomato paste, salt and black pepper, and stir the ingredients a little. Cover the pot for 20 minutes until the tomatoes become tender.

Then it is served hot.
