Cooking & Serving (by Chef Meat & More)
• Pan/Griddle: Light oil, medium heat, 8–10 min, turning until browned and cooked through
• Grill/BBQ: Medium heat, 10–12 min, turn occasionally
• Oven: 200°C, 12–15 min, flip once for even browning
Cook to internal temp ≈ 75°C. Serve with peppers & onions in baladi bread, fold into pasta, or top rice bowls.
