How to make Najdi jareesh with lamb or chicken

Jareesh is one of the most beloved traditional dishes in the Arabian Peninsula, especially in Najd. Its taste combines simplicity and luxury… and with fresh Meat & More meats, the jareesh becomes tastier and more distinctive. Delicious jareesh with meat or chicken from Meat & More. Ingredients:
 - 2 cups groats
- ground black pepper,salt,cumin
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups of yogurt
- amount of water
- chopped onion
- A tablespoon of lemon juice
- hot pepper

How to prepare:
Put the butter in a saucepan on the stove until it melts. Onions are added, stirring
Then add (meat or chicken) and groats
With stirring, add water
Leave the ingredients on the fire for about an hour
Then put the yogurt, cumin, salt, pepper, lemon juice, hot pepper and stir all the ingredients
Leave it again for a quarter of an hour until it hardens, scoop into a plate and serve.
