Meat, Cheese and Vegetable Samosa Recipe

Samosa recipe with meat , cheese and vegetables ( various fillings )  

Sambousek is one of the most popular appetizers due to its many preparation methods and fillings, which add nutritional value that varies depending on the type of filling. Let's learn together about three different ways to prepare sambousek. 

  

(1) Vegetable filling:

500 grams  

  

Plenty of oil for frying

Preparation method:

  

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a frying pan, then add the onion, garlic and ginger and stir well for 2 minutes. 
  • Add peas, carrots, and corn and stir over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. 
  • Add green onions and coriander to the cooked mixture and stir. 
  • Add the curry, turmeric, garam masala and sugar, season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat and set aside to cool. 
  • Samosa sheets are spread out, filled with the filling and closed in a triangular shape. 
  • Fry in plenty of oil until golden brown, then serve hot. 

  

(2) Meat filling :

Preparation method:

  

  • Over medium heat, add olive oil and butter to a skillet. Then add the onion and minced garlic, stirring until wilted. 
  • Add the minced meat, stirring until it turns brown, then season with spices. If not using broth, simmer the meat over low heat, stirring, for about ten minutes. 
  • Transfer the meat to a bowl and leave it to cool completely, then add the crushed walnuts. 
  • Samosa sheets are spread out, filled with the filling and closed in a triangular shape. 
  • Fry in plenty of oil until golden brown, then serve hot.

Preparation method:

  

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. 
  • Spread the samosa sheets, place an appropriate amount of the filling and close them to form a triangle. 
  • Heat plenty of oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. 
  • Fry the samosas in oil until golden brown and crispy. 
  • Serve the samosas hot and enjoy the delicious taste.
