Stir-fried Tacos with Beef and Orange Sauce – A Saudi Recipe with an International Twist

✅ Ingredients (serves 4-5 people):
🥩 To prepare the meat:
- 500 grams of beef sparrow head meat from Meat & More
- 2 tablespoons of ghee + 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 hot peppers (red + green)
- 1 teaspoon seven spices
- A quarter teaspoon of ground cardamom
- Half a spoon of paprika + half a spoon of cumin
- A quarter teaspoon of black pepper
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup prepared caramelized onions
🌮 For side ingredients:
- 5 tortilla breads cut into small circles
- Half a cup of mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- Grate half an orange + juice it.
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped green coriander for garnish
👨🍳 Preparation method:
1. In a frying pan, heat the ghee and olive oil, add the meat and stir until it changes color.
2. Add the garlic and hot pepper, then the spices, salt and a little water, and leave it on low heat until fully cooked.
3. Prepare the cream sauce by mixing: mayonnaise + sour cream + garlic + orange zest and juice + Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
4. Cut the tortilla bread into small circles.
5. When serving, place the hot meat on the bread, then a layer of caramelized onions, then a light drizzle of orange cream sauce.
6. Garnish with green coriander and serve immediately.
