✅ Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches):
For burgers:

500g Arabic Juicy Burger Naimi from Meat & More

salt and black pepper

a pinch of smoked paprika
-
1 teaspoon olive oil or ghee
For thieves:

Half a cup of roasted walnuts
-
a quarter cup of yogurt
-
lemon juice
-
a small crushed garlic clove
-
3 tablespoons chopped green coriander
-
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped, or 1/2 tablespoon dried

A little salt and pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil
To apply:

Fresh burger buns

Lettuce slices and pickled cucumber or red onion

Cheese (as desired)
👨🍳 Preparation method:

Let's start with the burger:
– Turn on the grill or frying pan.
Season the burger with paprika, salt and pepper, and drizzle with a little oil.
– Let it brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. -
Mix the sauce:
Put the walnuts, yogurt, lemon, garlic, coriander, mint, and spices in the blender.
- Run until the sauce becomes smooth.
Add olive oil little by little. -
Assemble the burger:
Toast the bread, add lettuce, burger, sauce, and any other toppings you like.
