Preparation method:
- Heat olive oil and butter in a frying pan, then add the onion, garlic and ginger and stir well for 2 minutes.
- Add peas, carrots, and corn and stir over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
- Add green onions and coriander to the cooked mixture and stir.
- Add the curry, turmeric, garam masala and sugar, season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat and set aside to cool.

Preparation method:
