Ingredients:
- 500g fresh Hashi liver from Meat & More
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 1 green chili pepper (optional)
- Pinch of cumin + black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil or ghee
Preparation:
- Wash the liver well and remove the thin transparent membrane for better cooking and digestion.
