🥩 Main Ingredients:

  • One Arabic Juicy Naimi Lamb Burger 150g from Meat & More
  • 1 brioche burger bun
  • 1 slice of cheddar or gouda cheese (optional)
  • Fresh lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato slice

🔥 For the Caramelized Onions:

  • 1 medium onion (white or red), thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • ½ teaspoon brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon balsamic vinegar (optional)

🍯 For the Honey Mustard Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon mustard (Dijon or classic)
