Hejaz-Style Minced Veal Moqalqal – Meat & More Recipe

This Hejazi-style recipe uses fresh minced veal from Meat & More, giving a clean, rich flavor without any gamey taste, and it’s easy to prepare anytime.
🧄 Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh minced veal from Meat & More
- 1 coarsely chopped onion
- 1 bell pepper or chili, to taste
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt + a squeeze of lemon
- 1 tbsp ghee or vegetable oil
🔥 Cooking Method:
1. Heat ghee or oil, add onions, and sauté until soft.
2. Add the veal and spices, stir until cooked and moisture evaporates.
3. Add peppers and tomato, cook gently for 5 minutes.
4. Finally, squeeze a bit of lemon on top.
