Bottom round steak :

The bottom round steak is a cut from the back thigh, characterized by its marbled appearance.  

Marinade for bottom round steak :

How to make bottom round steak:  

  1. Add oil to a hot frying pan. 
  2. The steak slices are added in batches (to avoid overcrowding the pan), and cooked for one to two minutes per side. 
  3. The steak slices are left covered with foil to rest for five minutes before serving. 

 

  Sirloin steak

Sirloin steak is a cut in the flank area behind the ribs.  

Sirloin steak marinade  

  • salt.  
  • Black pepper.  
  • Rosemary plant.  
  • olive oil.  
  • Grated onion.  

How to make Sirloin steak  

  1. The sides of the steak are coated with olive oil.  
  2. Add salt and black pepper.  
  3. Rosemary is added.  
  4. Add the grated onion.  
  5. Sierra Leone steak pieces are cooked on a hot grill without the addition of oils or fats until they reach their preferred level of doneness.

Rib-eye steak is a cut of steak from the rib area that is known for its distinctive taste.  

Rib -eye steak marinade  

  • Canola oil.  
  • Salt and ground pepper.  
  • Minced garlic.  
  • Rosemary plant.  

How to make Rib -eye steak  

- The steak pieces are left at room temperature for 20 minutes.  

Add salt and pepper to both sides.  

- Add oil to a hot frying pan.  

- Cook the steak pieces for 4-5 minutes on each side.  

- Add butter to the pan, and after it melts, add garlic and rosemary.  

- Pour the butter mixture over the steak and leave for 2-3 minutes.  

- Leave the meat to rest for 5 minutes before serving.  

 

striploin steak

The striploin steak is a cut from the lower back area behind the ribs, characterized by its texture and delicious taste.  

Striploin steak marinade  

  • olive oil.  
  • Salt and black pepper.  
  • Minced garlic.  
  • butter.  

How to make striploin steak  

  1. The steak slices are left at room temperature for 30 minutes.  
  2. Add olive oil, salt and pepper to both sides.  
  3. Add the meat to a hot pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.  
  4. The butter and garlic are added to the pan and stirred with the meat several times.  
  5. Leave to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.  

Striploin steak sauce  

  1. After removing the meat, add two cups of warm water.  
  1. Add rosemary.  
  1. Add the garlic and spices .  
  1. The meat is added to the sauce or served alongside it.
