🍛 Fatteh with minced meat, yogurt, and garlic - Meat & More recipe

Minced meat fatteh is one of the recipes that you will never get tired of.
A recipe that combines tenderness, low fat, and authentic Arabic flavor, especially when you use fresh minced beef from Meat & More – which gives a clean, clear taste, without excess fat or excess oil.

🧄 Ingredients:

- 500g fresh minced veal from Meat & More
- 2 sliced and toasted Lebanese bread loaves
- 2 cups of yogurt
- Two crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon tahini (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of ghee or oil
- Half a teaspoon of mixed spices
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- A sprinkle of toasted pine nuts for decoration
- Chopped parsley for serving

🔥 Preparation method:

1. In a frying pan, heat the ghee and add the minced meat, stir it with salt, pepper, and spices until fully cooked.
2. In a side bowl, mix the yogurt with the garlic, tahini, and a pinch of salt, and stir until the sauce becomes smooth.
3. In a serving dish: Place a layer of toasted bread, then a layer of the yogurt mixture.
4. Add the minced meat layer, and garnish with pine nuts and parsley.

💡 Submission suggestion:

Serve warm or cold, with a light squeeze of lemon on top.
Suitable for lunch or even a light dinner.

🧠 Tip:

If you like a spicy taste, add a pinch of hot pepper or crushed pepper to the yogurt, and it will take on a slightly pungent Levantine flavour.
