How to make pasta with chicken and creamy pistachio sauce - a recipe rich in protein and flavor

Fusilli pasta with chicken and pistachio sauce... a dish that combines high protein and luxurious taste, from Chef Meat & More.

✅ Ingredients (serves 4-5 people):


- 500g skinless chicken breasts from Meat & More, cut into small cubes
- 400 grams of boiled fusilli pasta
- 1 finely chopped red onion
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 500 ml cooking cream
- 150 grams of peeled and ground pistachios
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Half a teaspoon of thyme
A pinch of nutmeg
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- A quarter teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

👨🍳 Preparation method:


1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons butter with 2 tablespoons oil, add the onion until wilted, then the garlic.
2. Add the chicken pieces and stir until they change color and are cooked through, then set aside.
3. In a deep saucepan, melt the butter with a little oil, then add the flour and stir for a minute over low heat.
4. Gradually add the milk while stirring with a whisk, then add the cream and continue stirring until the sauce becomes creamy.
5. Add the ground pistachios, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
6. Return the chicken to the sauce and let it boil for 2 minutes.
7. In a serving dish, mix the pasta with the sauce and chicken, and garnish the surface with a sprinkle of ground pistachios.

Serve hot with toasted bread or green salad.
