🍄 Creamy Mushroom Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation Method:

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until lightly browned (4–5 minutes).
  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in broth, cream, thyme, salt, and pepper, stirring continuously.
  5. Simmer gently until slightly thickened (3–4 minutes).
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese, remove from heat, and rest 5 minutes.

🍗 Chicken Mushroom Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thin slices)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 8–9 oz mushrooms (cremini or white), sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (parsley, basil, thyme)

Preparation Method:

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper, coat with flour.
  2. Heat butter in skillet, add chicken, cook 4–5 min each side until golden and 165°F (74°C).
  3. Set chicken aside. In same skillet, sauté mushrooms with salt and pepper until browned.
  4. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  5. Deglaze with chicken broth, let simmer until reduced.
  6. Add cream, whisk, then stir in Parmesan cheese.
  7. Return chicken to skillet, pour sauce over, and garnish with herbs before serving.
